Harpa grew up between Iceland and the UK, giving her a strong connection to both cultures and a deep appreciation for nature and wellbeing. Having experienced the benefits of chiropractic care from a young age, she developed an early interest in how chiropractic can support health throughout life.

Harpa graduated from the AECC University College with a Master’s degree in Chiropractic. She has a particular passion for supporting families and has a special interest in paediatric and pregnancy care, helping to support both mothers and children through important stages of development.

Outside of the clinic, Harpa enjoys spending time in nature, where she can unwind and recharge. She loves camping and exploring new places, often seeking out peaceful landscapes and scenic trails. Harpa also practices yoga regularly, which helps her maintain balance and mindfulness in her daily life. Whether she’s discovering a new destination, relaxing outdoors, or taking time for movement and reflection, she values activities that support wellbeing and a strong connection to nature. 🌿
